I assume most people aren’t going to be busy doing things outside given that it’s -30. We also still aren’t suppose to be having social gatherings, which means most people’s Monday evening is probably wide open 😃. So instead of folding laundry, doing dishes or watching Netflix why don’t you carve some “ME” timeout out of your night and roll out your mat. I know for me if I haven’t done something before I get anxiety about notion of it. I constantly have to remind myself that the only way to overcome the anxiety is to just DO IT. So wether it’s the fact that you haven’t done yoga on zoom before or that you have never used zoom before, don’t let your anxious thoughts hold you back from doing something that will be beneficial for your body and your mind.
